Season kick-off: wins for the Juniors, Under-15s and Under-13s

The season is under way, and Academia Ovarense has already shown what it is made of.

A competitive kick-off weekend for several age groups, with important wins, a hard-earned draw and two defeats that will only fuel the response.

Juniors. Another week, another solid win: 2-1 against Sanjoanense B, the third in a row in the Elite Championship. Focus and hard work to keep adding moments of success.

Under-15s. First win in the Elite Championship, away at Vista Alegre (1-2). Three points that go straight onto the table.

Under-13s. The best possible start, with a spirited Vareira comeback against Taboeira (4-3) that rewards the team's spirit of sacrifice.

Under-17s. A 2-2 draw away at Feirense B as the Elite Championship got going.

Under-12s. A tough week of debuts: the 7-a-side side lost to Vilamaiorense (5-9) and the 9-a-side side away at Avanca (7-1). Back to work, stay focused and respond in the next match.

A club for everyone. On Friday, a special activity, the result of the partnership between Associação Desportiva Ovarense and the Learning Support Centre of Escola Secundária José Macedo Fragateiro: sharing, inclusion, joy and integration.
